Return & Refund Policy

At That Yucca Stuff, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are agricultural soil amendments, certain conditions apply to ensure safety and product integrity.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, partially used, or contaminated.

2. Return Process

  1. Email us at info@thatyuccastuff.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Pack items securely to avoid damage during return transit.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
