- Orders placed through ThatYuccaStuff.com are processed and shipped by Amazon Fulfillment Centers.
- Processing time is typically 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
- Shipping options (including Standard, Expedited, and Priority where available) are provided through Amazon.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary by destination, delivery speed, and order size.
- Orders may qualify for free shipping promotions when advertised.
3. Delivery Times
- Standard shipping: 3–5 business days.
- Expedited shipping: 2 business days.
- Priority shipping: 1 business day (where available).
- Delivery times are estimates provided by Amazon and may vary due to location, carrier delays, weather, or peak holiday periods.
4. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
5. Tracking & Delivery
- Customers will receive an automated tracking number when the order ships.
- Once marked delivered by Amazon/carriers, That Yucca Stuff is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Customers should contact Amazon Customer Service or the carrier to file a claim.
6. Amazon Prime Orders
If you have an Amazon Prime account and purchase through Amazon.com, your order may qualify for Prime shipping benefits (including free 2-day or same-day delivery in eligible areas).
7. Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may incur reshipping fees.
